The Acrylic used is Perspex which is UV stable meaning the sign won't fade or crack in the sun and should look wonderful for years to come.
The black material is durable high-density polyethylene(HDPE), weatherproof, and UV resistant.HDPE has a working temperature of 212 degrees (up to 100 Degree Celsius).
